My career, spanning well over a decade, has been dedicated to the noble cause of education, impacting diverse age groups from middle school to elementary grades. Along this fulfilling path, my innate passion for health and wellness naturally evolved into authorship and health coaching, allowing me to guide others on their journeys to vitality.
